Emily’s journey in Mallorca began with studies in Tourism and Event Management, quickly advancing from intern to senior project manager at a leading DMC. Passionate about showcasing the island’s hidden gems, she founded Em Events, which set the foundations for Taste & Travel Mallorca, offering bespoke, high-quality experiences. As a co-creator of Food Tours Mallorca, Emily brings a warm, personal touch, curating every detail and providing front-of-house hosting to ensure unforgettable experiences.
MICHELLE
Michelle’s career is defined by love for innovation and seamless operations. From directing the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta to managing exclusive properties for high-net-worth clients in Mallorca, she’s built a reputation for meticulous planning. With a background in sustainable culinary ventures like Bolsita Verde, she co-founded Food Tours Mallorca, combining logistics with a passion for local flavours. At Taste & Travel Mallorca, Michelle orchestrates systems and behind-the-scenes magic, ensuring every experience runs effortlessly from start to finish.
